So, I'm going to start with uploading some work that I have already done. I've tried scanning my work, but my scanner always turns up fuzzy images. These are from my camera so they may not be the best quality images. I'm still new when it comes to marketing my work, and I have yet to get them professionally scanned and printed but here you go!
Your work is delightful! Your watercolor images have a sensitivity and skill, a beautiful color palette and illustrative quality so perfect for children's book illustration. I hope you're a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. SCBWI. There are chapters in each region of the world. As a member they will give you an online portfolio on their site. I teach drawing and painting at the Northwest College of Art and Design and really enjoy looking at new work! Very lovely! I'll look forward to future blog posts!
ReplyDeleteThank you Susan! I will definitely check into the SCBWI. I would love the opportunity to illustrate a book. I'm still new at marketing my work, so feedback/tips from other artists are really appreciated.
